I’m still interested, but this second trailer had more dull moments than the first. Still quite a few laughs tough.

I now bring you this shocking statement: Will Ferrell is really funny. That is all.

The word coming out of Toronto is that Juno is excellent. Having just watched the trailer, I totally believe it. Seems like the type of off-beat family comedy that can be truly funny and still have a heart.

Consider me sold.

I feel like I should love this movie, but the trailer really isn’t working for me. Sure, the concept is interesting, the players are all exceptional and the talent behind the camera is immense. But the trailer just isn’t that funny. Or touching. Or anything really.

And as much as I like him as a dramatic actor, I’m not convinced John C. Reilly can cut it as the star of a comedy.

But we will see. perhaps it will turn out to be great.

At this point I’m going to go see Steve Carell in any movie that doesn’t seem completely stupid. And yes, that does mean I didn’t go see Evan Almighty.

To be quite honest, this isn’t the most exciting trailer. Not that many laughs and the more dramatic parts fell a little flat. But the idea of seeing Carell in another part that mixes drama and comedy is by itself exciting, so I will remain very hopeful for now.

God bless Ryan Gosling. Even tough he is an Oscar nominee and a well respected and sought after actor he is still out there doing small movies and taking on quirky characters. And I think the movie world is better for it.

I’m not sure about this movie tough. It could be funny and moving, which I think is what they are going for, but pulling that out will be hard. It could very well turn out to be a mess. But we will see.

This looks odd, and endearing, and funny, but not in a laugh out loud way. Which is exactly what I expect a Wes Anderson film to be like.

This film isn’t going to be everybody’s cup of tea, but I think it will be great for those of us who do loved some of Anderson’s previous movies.

You know, I love road trip movies. Add a bunch of quirky characters to it and I become even more interested. And yet, this trailer did nothing for me. It’s not funny at all and the characters all seem dull. Count me in as not looking forward to it at all.

This is just a small teaser, but it’s enough to convince me completely that Steve Carell will be perfect as Agent 86. No matter how bad the rest of the movie turns out to be, just seeing Carell play this role should be worth the price of admission.
